Beursstraat runs behind the Damrak, one of the oldest streets in a city that has been busy for four hundred years. Our building has stood here since the seventeenth century and has been most things over the years. In 2026 it became a hotel.
We renovated every room, and took our time doing it. Nothing here was treated as an afterthought, from the beds and the bathrooms down to the Lavazza waiting on your first morning. The rooms are compact, the way rooms in a canal house are, and every centimetre of them was thought through.
Our front desk is a hologram. It's the first thing most guests mention, usually while filming it. She's there at three in the afternoon and at three in the morning, speaks your language, checks you in, and tells you where to eat, no queue, no waiting, no one asking about your flight. It sounds like a gimmick until you arrive at midnight after a delayed flight and someone's actually there.
A four-hundred-year-old building and a hologram in the hall. That contrast is the whole idea. It also means we spend on the things you actually sleep in, and price the rooms accordingly.
This is a Dutch canal house, which means a narrow staircase and no lift. It's part of what the building is.
Dam Square is five minutes on foot. Centraal Station as well. The Nine Streets ten. Everything you came for is walkable from the front door.
